BOB PAULHUS, OWNER/PRESIDENT

Bob has been involved in the planning and installation of many complex and demanding projects. His background in business and construction management, and an extensive knowledge of millwork and related architectural installation components, allows him to envision the finished project and lead the way to a successful completion. His diversified background in conceptual and hard bid estimating, project scheduling and management, client communication, quality control and project close out have given him a valued reputation in the industry.

JOHNATHAN MCINTYRE, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Johnathan is responsible for maintaining the company’s logistical planning and providing strategic evaluations of growth opportunities and creating value for clients. Responsible for building upon the teams’ strengths and keeping them consistent with the company’s focus and commitment towards clients and customer service.

JOSEPH PETERSEN, REGIONAL MANAGER

After joining the PMI team, JP quickly advanced through a variety of assignments in the field before assuming a senior leadership role in San Francisco. With a strong background in high-end custom millwork and freestanding furniture, JP brings creative and innovative solutions to PMI’s installation projects.

MARTIN HAMER, LEAD INSTALLER

Martin is our all-around maverick: he has a reputable background as an electrician, a master tradesman (framing, drywall, millwork, cabinetry) and a problem solver. With more than 30 years in the industry and a license as a general contractor, he brings a valuable skillset to our team.

PAT PURCELL, REGIONAL MANAGER

Pat is PMI’s regional manager in Las Vegas and has a lengthy background in construction and millwork. With a history as a superintendent on Vegas casino and restaurant builds, he brings a high level of expertise to projects both small and large.

NICK RENDE, LEAD INSTALLER

Nick joined the PMI team and immediately advanced as one of our most valued installers with his attention to detail, deadlines and problem solving. He consistently receives positive feedback from clients about his communication and ability to think outside the box.
